Excellent service to the nation. One of the forerunners in the Indian diagnostics industry. Agappe is the fast-growing in vitro diagnostics company working with over 300 distributors, and a significant OEM business in domestic and international markets. Manufacturing facility is at Pattimattom, built on 200,000 square feet of land, our 80,000 sq.ft., GMP and FDA compliant certified plant is purpose-built for the global and domestic market needs. Agappe is focused on the research, design and production of clinical chemistry reagents.

We are using Agappe fully automatic and semi automatic biochemistry analyzers and reagents. We are satisfied with the instrument performance and results are accurate and reliable. After sales, the service is very good and on time. A reliable company and products to go for.

Initial days the service was too good, but now the service and after sales support is pathetic Agappe is not recommended for a field with social and ethical responsibility. There is no price guarantee for any reagents nor there is any responsible person for the after sales. Staffs keep on changing and so are their policies. If you need better service, you are forced to take AMC plans, else there will be delay in addressing the issue from technical team.

We are using Mispa viva, Mispa count and Mispa i2 equipmets more than 3 years. All the equipments are stable and accurate reports. We get Good service support from Engineer Mr. Jishnu and Sales support from Mr. Akhil and Application support from Mr. Amal.Agappe AG privilege program are really apprecistable. Their customer support also excellent. All the reagents are we are using agappe we get all Good results
